WHO RUNS THE FAMILY ROOM?
The Family Room is led by a Director, who is in charge of daily activities for the children. There is also an Advisory Board, which consists of members of The Family Room. The Advisory Board meets once a month to discuss upcoming events, fundraising and general issues. There are annual elections to select Advisory Board members.

Advisory Board Meeting--- The next board meeting will be Tuesday August 18th @ 7:00 p.m.

The Family Room Advisory Board

Director (Sr. Colleen Marie Magill) -- Organizes, prepares and runs the weekly playgroups.

Assistant Director (Julie Shields) -- Assists in organizing, preparing and runing the weekly playgroups.

President (C. Scouten) -- Oversees all fundraising activities, plans events for entire year and acts as a liason between Ware Episcopal Church and The Family Room.

Vice-President (V. Dustin) -- Assists President and would be acting President in President's absence.

Treasurer (E. Baker) --Maintains checkbook, annual budget and monthly statements. Provides monthly report to board outlining income and expenses.

Volunteer Coordinator (A. Anderson) -- Keeps track of attendance, donation receipts and maintains a monthly participation chart.

Database and Special-Events Coordinator (C. Scouten) -- Plans field trips and in-house special activities -- Updates and maintains membership database.  Provides director and board with documents related to the database. 

Webmaster (J. Roberts) -- Updates and maintains the website.
